Our commitment

At SCCN we believe everyone deserves equal access to information and services. We work to make this website accessible to people with disabilities.

Compliance level

The site was designed to meet the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, at level AA of WCAG 2.1.

What we did

  • Semantic page structure with landmarks and a proper heading order
  • A "skip to content" link and a visible focus indicator
  • Full keyboard navigation
  • AA colour contrast in both the light and night themes
  • Text alternatives for images
  • The animation can be paused, the site has no sound, and motion is reduced when your system asks for it
  • Forms with clear labels and text error messages
  • No information conveyed by colour alone
  • Text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content
  • Language and direction set on each page, in Hebrew and English
  • Light and dark themes, with your choice remembered

Testing

Date of check: 17 October 2026. Checked by SCCN (internal check) plus a further independent review, without a real screen reader. In October 2026 we ran automated tests: axe-core on every page of the site, in the light and night themes, on desktop (1280 px) and mobile (320 px), with reduced motion: 76 runs over 19 pages (including the 404 page), 0 violations, and Lighthouse accessibility (score 100). Automated tests do not replace manual testing, so a screen-reader audit is planned.

Known limitations

  • PDF files uploaded by job applicants may not be accessible.
  • External sites we link to are outside our control.
  • A manual audit with a screen reader has not been done yet. It is planned.

Alternative ways to get service

If any content or service on this site is not accessible to you, you can get it another way: by email at [email protected]. We will gladly provide the information or service through the channel that suits you.

Visitors and reception

SCCN does not receive customers at its offices, and there is no public reception area. Services are given remotely and at the customer's site. To arrange service either way, contact us by email or the forms on this site.
